This place – part of the Holiday Village collection – gets the double thumbs up for its family-friendly line-up. An aquapark headlines the pool scene, and there’s a jam-packed activities roster, too. We’re talking fencing, zorbing, cocktail making, aerial high ropes courses and around-the-clock entertainment.

Our Holiday Village hotels have something for everyone, whether you want to relax by the pool or get involved with activities. There are over 200 to choose from for the whole family, with an A-Z list ticking off everything from archery to zorbing. Tots to teens are catered for at our HV Clubs and our football, swimming and stage academies ramp up the fun. And come evening, you can catch professional shows and gameshows.

Hammocks pitched between swaying palms and thatched cabanas set the scene beside the toffee-coloured beach, which is lapped by Sharm El Sheikh’s Red Sea. Watersports* are up for grabs, too, thanks to a scuba centre that puts snorkelling and diving next to coral reefs on the agenda.

Just to let you know this hotel is the Holiday Village Red Sea April to October, and November to March it’s known as the Coral Sea Holiday Resort. Holiday Villages entertainment, kids’ clubs and sports and stage academies organised by our very own Holiday Villages team will only run until the end of October. If your holiday falls between November and March, the Holiday Villages activities and entertainment is not available, however you will still be able to enjoy a great range of facilities, activities and entertainment operated by the hotel.

Pool

Total-wipeout style inflatable games are what the four-strong pool line-up was made for. Across the road, an aquapark comes rammed with slides, chutes and a lazy river. And there’s a bonus pool that’s just for little ones.

• Aqua parkA wave pool, lazy river and a selection of slides are all at this aqua park, plus there’s a splash zone for kids. Just so you know, the aqua park is situated across the road at its sister hotel Coral Sea Aqua Club. Whilst visiting, you can enjoy refreshments and snacks from the food court.

Food & drink

Each Holiday Village hotel has a buffet restaurant with a kids’ buffet section, and at least two á la carte or themed spots, which are included as part of your All Inclusive package. Keep an eye out for Russell the Brussel – he’s our healthy eating mascot and his crunch competitions encourage healthy eating at mealtimes. Six restaurants keep bellies full here. The Village Diner* dishes up Mexican and American grub, and at The Stonegrill Steakhouse* you get to grill your own dinner. The Asian themed restaurant’s* another top pick – you can chow down on Japanese, Thai and Chinese food. And, when you fancy a tipple, you can take your pick from five cocktail-serving bars.

Afternoon tea as also served on the outdoor piazza terrace]The main restaurant puts on buffet spreads for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are live cooking stations, a kids’ section and an adults-only section, too.
• Village DinerOpening Times: [18.30-21.30]Offering both American and Mexican dishes – served right on the beach. Guests can eat here, once per week, as part of the All Inclusive package. A reservation is required.
• The StoneGrill™*Opening Times: [18.30-21.30]Treat yourself to a grilled feast. The menu is stuffed full of all the available grills such as lean meats, tender fish or grilled satay and many many more. For a signature dish, we allow you to cook your food at your very own table on a 400 Celsius heated stone. This venue is not included within the All Inclusive package. And a reservation is required in advance.

Entertainment

All ages are catered for at our HV Clubs. There’s the HV Creche for tiny tots, the HV Club for 3 to 8-year-olds, and the HV Crew for 9 to 12-year-olds. As for teens, they get The Zone, which runs the likes of mocktail-making sessions and TikTok classes. When evenings roll around, things kick off with family-friendly entertainment, like kids’ discos with special appearances from our HV mascots The Widgets. After that, you can tune into professional shows – there’s an all-singing-all-dancing line-up, ranging from pop productions to circus acts. And no two nights are the same – themed parties, outdoor cinema screenings and game nights are all on the agenda.

• HV ClubHV has got all ages covered with their kids’ club line up. There’s the HV Creche for tiny tots up to 35 months, with activities like storytelling, arts & crafts, and star-gazing in the evenings, too. The HV Club for 3 to 8-year-olds hosts a whole bunch of fun with themed games like HV detective and Cosmic Invaders, while the HV Crew for 9 to 12s, has got things like Twilight Thrills – think obstacle courses, games and puzzles once the sun has set. They’re open seven days a week and most activities are free. Please note, the HV Creche service isn’t available during winter months.
• Evening entertainment programmeWith 15 game shows and over 10 all-singing-all-dancing productions, there’s something for the whole family to enjoy in the evenings. The kids can even expect to see HV mascots The Widgets get involved with the likes of dance parties and themed shows, too.
• The ZoneLearn how to create an engaging TikTok, hang out playing Jackbox gaming, or even try mocktail making – the Zone has a whole host of activities on offer for the teens. Plus, there’s an outdoor cinema that’s exclusive to The Zone with blankets, fairy-lights and a sunset as a backdrop. Open mid-June ’til mid-Sept and during May and October half terms, too.
• Parent and toddlersWith activities like arty tots, beach tots and sensory splashers – these sessions are for parents and tots up to 35 months and are a great way to meet other families at resort, too.

Sports & activities

The activity line-up at these hotels is a cut above the rest – there are hundreds of options to pick from. You can expect everything from paddleboarding and raft building to our professional swim, football and stage academies*. On top of all that, you can put your balance skills to the test on the Aerial Adventure course. You can go as fast or slow as you like here, with a raft of activities at your fingertips. They include family-friendly yoga, mini-fencing, aqua HIIT, tennis and lots more.

• Swim Academy*Lessons by ASA-qualified teachers for non-swimmers looking to take their first steps to swimming, and for those swimmers looking to progress. There’s group and 1-1 sessions available, too. Our swim academy is for ages 3+, and places are hot property so get in quick.
• AeroballA combination of trampolining and basketball. Groups are split into age groups and family sessions are available.
• Raft-buildingTaking place in the main pool, there’s plenty of fun and action here. Join in with the themed sessions and team building exercises. Exclusive to age groups 6 years and above and available for families to join in.
• Kids’ daytime activity programmeThere’s plenty on the cards to keep the kids busy like ‘Cryptic Quests’ with secret messages in need of decoding or ‘Survivor’ with challenges like relay races and brain-teasing puzzles. They can also get creative with sessions like ‘AirCRAFT’, where they’ll build their own plane and test to see it soar through the air, or for something more action-packed, there’s ‘Go Fence’ – a chance to master the art of fencing with replica equipment – and the ’60 second showdown’, a fast-paced game filled with lots of one-minute challenges. • Aerial Adventure
• HV FitHV Fit covers all the basics for those who’d like to work up a sweat. There’s aqua aerobics, HIIT and dance, or if you’d rather something out of the pool there’s Pilates, circuit and body workout classes on the schedule, too. Fancy something for the whole family? There’s ‘Dance for Families’ with hip-hop, samba and salsa on the cards. Please note, you’ll need to arrive 5 minutes before classes start to secure your spot, and some classes are for adults only – check at resort for up-to-date information.
• Daytime activity programmeAdults aren’t forgotten about at HV. For the competitive there’s football, darts and card games like poker and UNO, or for those who’d like to sip on a drink whilst getting involved, there’s cheese and wine tasting or cocktail making.
• Stage Tots Animal AdventureA session where the tots can learn singing, dancing and sign through songs and storytelling. This session is for ages up to 4 and is sure to be hit with the little ones.
• Water activitiesWith activities ranging from aqua boarding – where instructors will guide you through the basics of body-boarding and paddling techniques – to crazy challenges on giant inflatable canoes. There’s also hydro sports and your staple pool games like water polo and ball games, too. Please note, age ranges differ for each activity, so please check at resort for more information.
